Economics of Contingent Legal Fees

In the countries of Wales and England, solicitors there make contracts with their clients which are regulated by statute. These are the rules of professional bodies and the courts.  This is also known as the no win no fee agreement and is where the solicitor’s reward will vary with the outcome of the case.  If the case is lost, the solicitor receives not payment but a case that is won, gives him payment of his normal cost plus a percentage mark up.

This policy began in the year 2000 when it replaced legal aid.  This was done in order to fund cases for accident compensation and personal injuries and is a commonly used today.  This policy is now essential for building a successful case in many claims. This is also known as the Conditional Fee Agreement and has been giving justice to those who need help getting the financial reward that they deserve.

If you are someone who is seeking compensation for your injury and cannot imagine being faced with a huge legal bill as well as any future problems, then look into the no win no fee agreement.  There are some costs that could come up during the case but your solicitor can make you aware of these.
